If you subscription that expires in April is for more than one device, and you have not used all of the allowed seats, you sure can!  There are a few things you need to do and know.

 

To transfer the expring computer to the key code expiring in April:

• Open WSA
  
• Click the gear tool next to My Account
  
• Enter the key code expiring in April in the white box
  
• Click Activate

There is no need to reinstall the software as long as either BOTH copies could be renewed directly through Webroot or BOTH copies could be renewed through Best Buy.  If one copy renews through Webroot and one copy renews through Best Buy, you will need to re-install the software to change the key code.

 

About the Password Manager:

Those versions of WSA that include use of the Password Manager do not automatically transfer the license to use and log into Password Manager with a change of key code in the software.  Each User Profile is tied to a specific key code, so if you are using the Pasword Manager on the expiring key code, you will need to submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support move the User Profile from the expiring key code to the key code expiring in April.
