Hi everyone! Just encountered a weird situation on an Windows XP machine! Over a sudden - the Webroot service stopped running (WSR)! Wonder what could have caused that? Meantime will do other scans using HitmanPro, Malwarebytes anti-rootkit and so forth to see what these packages find!

It didn't automatically restart as it should as the WRSA.exe processes are protected? Maybe you need to do a clean reinstal? Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA? Download a Copy Here and make sure you have a copy of your keycode then Uninstall WSA and Reboot and install with the new installer let it finish it's install scan then Reboot once again and please let us know if that corrects your issue?
Thanks,
Daniel 😉

A re-installation did the trick and under, "Services", I set it's recovery option to restart the service after 1 minute! Thanks a million! Well! Back to removing malware for a few of my clients! Have a great day!
Great to hear and have a great day also! ;)
Cheers,
Daniel
