My toolbar, when i click on it it ask for a username and password??? I have tried this username and password and it tells me I am locked out!!! Can any of you good folks, or technical support folks tell me what I am doing wrong? And, can I ever get into that toolbar??? Thanks so much. "Goober".
Hello goober!  

 

To log into paswords, you use the User and Password that you use for logging into the Account Console, not the login for the Community.

thanks shorTcircuiT for the info. I tried that but it keeps coming up that I was de-activated for some reason. Perhaps I should go back to [Name Removed]. Again, thanks. I tried support but they tried giving me the run-around and I dont need that.

Did you switch to a new keycode?  If that's the case, PM me the old and new keycodes and I can add the new keycode to your existing console.
My new keycode is already in my console???

Did you get a PM from Nic?  To see if you have received any PM's, look up at the upper right where your name is.  To the left of your name is "Messages".  Click on it to enter your "Message Center"

 

To PM Nic, click on his name in his reply to you above.  That will bring you to his user profile.  On the right side will be a set of functions: you can add him as a contact, and also PM  him from there as well via a link.

 

 I am sorry that I am not able to help fix any issues with your Console (The de-activated you mentioned) but I can at least help you learn how to use the Community functions/features.

I do see your account in our system with an active keycode.  Not sure why the console isn't letting you in, so probably best to contact support at this point.
