These may be false positives related to the Web Threat Shield.  As I have just responded to LennySly in a very similar thread, if as you say you would normally consider these sites to be pretty safe and so if you feel they are incorrectly identified as unsafe, follow the steps below to submit a change request.

 

1. First, click here to open Webroot's URL Reputation Change Request page. 



2. Enter the web address of the page you are submitting in the URL field. 



• If you believe the site should not be blocked, select the radio button next to “81-100”. This will give the URL the highest possible rating. 

• If you believe the site should be blocked, select the radio button next to “1-20”. This will give the URL the lowest possible rating. 



3. After rating the URL, please enter your email address and product type (e.g. Webroot SecureAnywhere for Mac). To receive notifications when your website change request is processed, check the box to receive notifications. 



4. Click "Submit" to send your request. 



Generally this team responds within 24-48 hours. You can also view further details about our website classification process by clicking here.

Could be a glitch? Do you use Webroot SecureAnywhere- Complete? If so why are you using the BrightCloud Toolbar? It's built into WSA in the new Web Shield and if you go to a bad website the page will be blocked. to make sure you have the Web Shield look in IE, FF, Chrome Browsers and check for the Web Filtering Extension.
