How do you access the vault to obtain passwords saved by the password generator? I enabled the Webroot Vault add-on but don't see how to access it.
Also, my "passwords" tab in my online account is blank. Not sure it should be? Maybe that's where the vault is?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The "backup & sync" tab on my online account shows no files being backed up. However, the same tab on my Webroot program installed on my computer shows that they are. Any idea why?

Hi, thank you. Yes, I've done all of that. I've given myself all of the permissions online also. I noticed when I go to the "password" tab online, Windows tries to block the content for security reasons. I click the option to allow anyway, but the body of the tab remains completely blank. I don't get this Windows msg for the other tabs.
Shouldn't the backup & sync options I selected in the installed Webroot program saved on my computer synchronize with my online account? It appears to not be - because the installed program shows my backed up files correctly. Maybe I need to wait 24 hrs or something?

Well if you have everything Setup we can ask @ to look on the back end to see if there are any issues and that will be tomorrow MDT time.

I checked the account associated with your community email, and everything looks like it is setup properly. You should probably contact support at this point so that they can dig a bit deeper into the issue than I can.
