Hi and welcome to the Community walterwalsh.
There should be no problems because Webroot is designed to be compatible with most AV's.
However I will say that McAfee like some of the others is pretty heavy on resources as opposed to Webroot which is extremely light. My point being is why have 2 AV's?  I would get rid of the resource hungry Mcafee and just keep Webroot, your system will love you for it.
