When will I receive my verification for renewal?

I renewed my subscription yesterday before noon and was told I would receive and email verifying this renewal. I have not received it yet. When will it be sent?

    I don't see any keycodes under the email address you used to register for the community.  If you have a different email that you registered under, or have the keycode, PM that info to me and I can look it up.
