I was seriously upset when you dumped my passwords the first time... Now you have dumped them again and I will have to rebuild them again and this time I am looking at that my subscription is soon to renew and perhaps you cannot be depended upon to hold my passwords safe anymore... This time I am SERIOUSLY  ANGRY...

I am certainly sorry that this has happened more then once! This is very seriousvand upsetting I will agree.

 

Please issue a Support Ticket ASAP and the support team can look into this for you. This is very uncommon in Webroot.  Support is free of charge with an active subscription.
