Today I noticed that all webfilter's icons on google search pages are turned gray. What is wrong ?Some days ago the extension was still working properly in Firefox.

Are you seeing this issue on a Mac or Windows machine?



This usually indicates that Webroot is unable to connect  to the servers properly.



Would you do a system reboot and see if that corrects the issue?

I'm using a windows 8.1 tablet and yes after the reboot, the webroot filtering extension is working again. But it's strange, because the wi-fi signal was always showing the maximum strength, so I didn't think there were problems with the connection.

Yes I've had mine turn gray as well just to reboot and have everything back again and working. Happy to hear all is ok now!
