why cant i log into password manager?

every time i try to log into my password manger it shows a red bar and states that my account has been deactivated?

May I check as to whether you have recently renewed your subscription, and if so then Is your renewal directly through Webroot or do you renew through Best Buy?

Yes i did renew thru webroot, i first uninstalled the Best buy version and then installed my Webroot version And yes you may!

Well that's not really a Renewal so Please contact support and they can get your passwords from your old keycode hopefully and add it on to the current one. Do you have your Online Account setup if not set it up? Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Account and set the permissions: http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/665/Editing-your-account-settings
