I was going to start using Backup & Sync, which I have not used yet, and the status screen shows I've already used 14.4 GB.  The folder is empty.  What's in the 14.4 GB and where is it?

Please issus a Support Ticket and they certainly can have a look at this.(Free of charge) For I've not heard of this issue before.

 

Can any of our Forum experts assist here with this question?

Sherry is right, please submit a Support ticket. I've had this problem about a year ago and they have to fix it on the back end.
If you log into your console do you see any files in there?
