Why does my pc security show 0 protected pc?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I presume that you are referring to what you are seeing in the Web Console/My Webroot? If my supposition is correct then it is most likely becuase you have not yet registered your WSA keycode.
Please take a look at this Knowledge Base article about how one adds a keycode to a console.
If this is not your issue or what I have suggested does not help then please post back with more information on your specific issue.
