Hello ROSIEP,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

Make sure that you are installing Adobe Shockwave player from this site http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/ and see if Webroot works for you .Webroot shouldn't be shutting off and if you could give us more informnation concerning Webroot reopening we'd appreciate more information please.

Baldrick or David have anymore information concerning this?

To add to what Sherry said, specifically it might also help to know what browser you are using.

Hi ROSIEP

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Sherry offers sound advice...and I would say that the base issue is nothing related to WSA.  If you Google "ISN'T RESPONDING {STOP PLUG IN}" or "A PLUG IN (SHOCKWAVE FLASH) IS" will point you at a number of articles that may help you understand and resolve the issue.  One particular site that I can recommend as I have used it a number of times is howtogeek.com who have this article that may assist you directly.

As to why does MyWebroot have to be reoped...may I ask as to whether this refers to WSA installed on your system or the Web COnsole accessed via a browser session...I suspect the latter but it would be good to make sure before oferring further advice.

Regards, Baldrick
