why does wsa say I need to buy passwordprotect when I already have it and cant log into it

i recently purchased a new wsa for a single console to replace one that expired quite some time ago. it appears that all is working ok except that i cant access the password icon on my browser. the browser keeps saying that it does not recognise my e-mail. need help please

Was the password manager working on your previous version? If so, did you replace Webroot with the same version? The password manager is not available on the "Antivirus" version, only the "Complete" and "Internet Security" versions. You can check the differences between the versions here.
 
If you have one of the two supported versions, please contact Webroot here and let them fix yoru account for you so that you will be able to use the password manager.
