Would you look at the bottom of my signature page and do a clean reinstall of WR. I have links for Best Buy or Webroot..Please have your keycode available.  EDIT..The links are for a PC not a Mac.
 
Please let us know how it goes or if you need more help.

To add to what Sherry said, the best way to do a clean install is to do the following :)
 

• Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
• KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
• Uninstall WSA and Reboot
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot once again

 

 I had to shut the computer off and restart  Then it did the scan,  no viruses were found  This happened before .  I'm using windows 7  Now its working   I don't know what happened

Hard to say, obviously.  Do let us know if it happens again.  I am glad it is working at the moment, and hopefully it will keep working!
