If I click on any of the items and then click on Learn More for example, nothing happens.
If I click on Get Customer Support...nothing happens. If I click on Go to the Webcommunity...nothing happens.
So how can I submit a help request, if the button doesn't work?
The only button that I clicked on that works was Scan my computer.

Thanks, I was able to find a link to support from another thread. Not sure why almost none of the buttons do anything. I can open the panels, I can open Backup & Sync and click on login and it will take me to a page to log in. But if I click on Password Manager and try to Manage Passwords, nothing happens.
I just updated Windows to the latest cummulative update. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. I will check my other machine and see if I find the same thing or not.

Password Manager is being updated and should be back to normal soon. Just keep checking back.
Well, I checked my other computer and most of those buttons worked, so I figured I needed to uninstall and then re-install. So that is what I did and now all the buttons work...well, maybe not the password manager. But all the others.
I see that the procedure is different for doing this than the last time I did it. I looked in people's signatures for the download, but I couldn't find it so then I did a search. I found the one that said webroot and downloaded it. I had to enter my last name and email inorder to do it. I tried it without entering them first because I didn't need the keycode. But it said they were required. I then had to re-load the page before I could enter my info into the fields. Then I shut down webroot and went to add remove programs. I tried to remove it and it said I had to have admin rights to do it. But then it asked me if I really wanted to remove it. I said yes and then it was gone and I was able to re-install and now it all works normal again.
Thanks.

Hi @ something doesn't sound right here for WSA asking for your last name but at times yes it will ask for the Online console email address and I'm concerned as to where you got the installer from so can you please do another clean reinstall and use the download link below! Also can you tell us where you purchased WSA from?
Please follow the steps closely!
Please follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- Be sure you add your Keycode to your Online Console: Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Console
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and DO NOT import any old settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Hi Daniel

Okay that's fine then as we were thinking during install it asked for your last name! Here is another download area: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wsa-installer-download@ wrote:
