Windows popup without a visible source

I got this popup below right after starting my pc, before starting any programs. It doesn't say what app this concerns, and I haven't installed any new apps. Is this related to the Windows store, or should I be concerned about malware?

The popup has only appeared once, it didn't reappear when I restarted my pc.

If you want a free security check contact Webroot Support if you want! Otherwise it could be a bug in one of your programs I have 1 or 2 programs that gives me grief at times.

I’m not sure as we need details like OS and version Win 10 or 11 and is it a full version did you install any new programs lately that would cause the pop-up?

 

You can always contact Webroot Support and ask them if there is any Malware on your system but I don't think so.
