May I check as to whether you have recently renewed your subscription, and if so then Is your renewal directly through Webroot or do you renew through Best Buy?

 

Did this just happen? Has PM been working before?

 

Some more infornation could be helpful.

My best advice is to submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they will look into this for you.

 

 

Support is usually pretty quick but since it's the weekend then give it until Monday or so. Ok?
