Won't Scan
Tried doing a scan and it won't. Tried to unistall and re install and it won't unistall...Help please

If it will not scan, and it will not uninstall, obviously something is corrupted somehow.
What OS are we dealing with? Mac or Windows?

I did a system restore and it finished and said restore was incomplete. I don't why but after it rebooted Webroot came up automaticaly and started scanning. It found nothing. Now it seems to be responding to my commands. All seems good so far. I'm not sure why,if the restore was incomplete that it still fixed the problem.
I am quite sure that I could not explain why an incomplete system restore seems to have fixed it, but I am glad it is indeed working. That is always the end goal :)
