I just installed WSA about an hour ago and it has forgotten my password. It will not let me change any settings or uninstall. I used the same password that I used with Norton.
It worked for about four times before any problems. Anyway to reset it?

Please submit a Support Ticket and they can help you in changing or fixing the Webroot password for this program. I don't know why your password worked and then it did not. Support will glady look into this for you free of charge with an active subscription.

Nevermind, sorry it was a faulty wireless keyboard. Shift key no longer works.
