2 threats found in Bootcamp on my Mac

Good morning to all,
 
After yesterday's scan, I clicked "Remove Threats." Screen changes to the "Threats" tab, shows the 2 threars, but nothing to click to actually remove the threats, not even an option to Quarantine.

Does anyone have an idea what to do? I tried re-booting and scanning again, but same results.
