Hi team,
I have purchased Webroot for my Library Computers. I have 4 PCs and 1 Mac. The 4 PCs showup in my console online, however my Mac does not. The Mac was the first computer to have Webroot installed, followed by the PCs.
Any reason why I can't see my Mac on the console?

Sorry you are having trouble seeing your Mac on your Console. Sometimes it takes about 24 hours to show on the console. You my try to run a scan and reboot the Mac computer after the scan is completed. Sometimes this helps to speed up the process.
