I have just bought your antivirus. It should cost 29$, but you took 39$! I have not asked for any CD.
When I wanted to opt out from future reneweals, it told me my keycode (I just had bought) was not good?

I have opened 2 support tickets, but no one answers.
If I can't get the antivirus to 29.99$ (as you advertise) I dont want to buy it, and will need my money back. Thank you.
