Can I analyze a flash drive before I access it?

Yes you can. After you plug in the drive, go to Windows Exploer (File Explorer in Windows 10), locate the drive and right click on it. Simply select to scan with Webroot.
You can also open WSA, click the gear tool next to PC Security, and then select Custom Scan
