A man called and said he saw I was trying to get into my email. How am I being watched?
While trying to access an old email account I got a phone call from a man who knew I was trying to access my account and said he was with MyFastPC and could get malware out of my computer for $100? How did he know I was trying to get into my email with Webroot on and a Firewall? I did a scan and it did not find any threats.

That is a scam and you should not allow those people to access your computer.
Its a matter of coincidence in regards to the email.
