Apparently, the Webroot extension is not verified and therefore will not work. What is being done to fix this???

If you want to keep informed then may I respectfully suggest that yo usubscribe to any relevant thread; you do not need to post anything but on the relevant thread just click on 'Topic Options' (top left at the start of the thread) or 'Options' (top right in any of the posts) and click on 'Subscribed'...that should mean that you will be emailed a notification whenever that thread is updated.
