I think I spelled a word wrong in my member ID while installing Webroot. The system accepted it and the scan worked. I'm looking for a way to get back to my e-mail info to correct it.

Well, that would be rather complex actually, so corrections and changes of the email address in this situation should be done by Webroot Support. Please submit a Trouble TIcket, and be sure to advise them that it is not just the login to the Console, but also the User Profile that will likely need to be changed as well.
