Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently brought the latest disk of webroot for my pc from my local walmart and placed the new keycode in the section of the program that says activate new keycode but now my account has been deactivated but my subscription isn't due for 336 days how can I regain access to my passwords?

The Passwords accounts are by both login/email address AND key code.. so now that your old key code is expired, so has the Passwords account.
Please submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support transfer your Passwords account from the old key code to the new key code. This will fix the issue for you. Do not wait to do this.. the data for expired Password Accounts is only held for around 15 days before being deleted from the database.
