I just bought a renewal subscription for my PC, I went to "My Account" and clicked activate a new keycode. I placed the new key listed in the email sent to me and hit activate.. but received an error message saying the kay has expired.
How is that possible? Please help, I am unsure what I am doing wrong

May I ask where you purchased Webroot? Or Best Buy?
Your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode looks like this Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
If you want to request your keycode or installation instructions to be emailed to you, click here to fill out the request form.
If you purchased Webroot SecureAnywhere from Best Buy you can contact Best Buy at 1-800-433-5778 to request your keycode. Or you can find the keycode on the back of the Webroot box with a yellow sticker that you remove that will reveal your keycode.
