Active Infection
After scanning my laptop and showing no threats i then go to System Analyzer and the results showing a message saying,(there is one active infection on your computer) why cant i clean that infection? No infection shows when i scan my computer. Ony shows whenI run the System Analyzer. Any Suggestions????

I would advise creating a support case so that our technical support team can take a look at this issue for you free of charge.
If there is an infection, they can remove it for you, and if there is not, they can find out why it is displaying that.
