add bomb!!!

I got a pop up that told me my adobe flash is outdated so I hit the up load and got hit with an add bomb. I went and got the web root antivirise and it took care of most of it. I still get popups saying my computer has spywhere and I need to call a number and talk to a tech. Some adds it will let me exit out of some I have to start the task manager to exit completly out of the internet. If I go to certain sites, there are a bunch of different adds on the side and on the bottome of my screen. I have run my antivirise and I have my popup blocker on but it doesn't seam to help any help would be GREAT!
