Adding user to my Webroot account

Can anyone help ? Webroot support are unable to help !
 
I am trying to add a new user to my account on my web console to give them permissions to use the backup service  - according to the user guide once a new  user is added Webroot will send a  confirmation email to the new user with a password but this didn't happen . Webroot support don't seem to understand the issue and cant solve the problem . Can anyone offer any advice ?
