adding webroot to my laptop

As you have a Webroot subscription for 5 computers I am guessing that you have the "Complete" version.
 
Firstly did you buy your Subscripion from Best Buy or another supplier?
If it was Best Buy you can use this download link Download (Best Buy Subscription)
Or for you PC/Laptop Download (PC)
 
You should have recieved a 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX either via e-mail or on the box it was bought in, depending on how you purchased it.
 
Just install the program from the correct download link and when asked for it insert the 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode and then follow the instructions. This process will only take a matter of minutes and then you will be ready to go.
