after downloading webroot cannot sign on to internet
I downloaded this last night and it blocked me from being able to sign onto the internet. i called webroot support and got a RUDE third party person. I ultimately uninstalled and that did not work then I had to do a recovery of my computer.

Welcome to the Community Forums...and sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with both WSA AND Webroot Support...most unusal in the case of the latter.
Are you going to try installing WSA again? We have had some instances of similar issues but they are relatively rare.
Well, if you do decide to give WSA another go please let us know and do come back here should you find yourself with a problem.
