I get a code 10 error and a 0x000006cc error when trying to start printer driver
After installation of webroot i can no longer print to network printer or can I share a device.

This is very unlikelly to be caused by WSA and if I may I would like to point you at a Microsoft forum thread on this subject that may be of assistance with the issue. Please see here for it.
