After installing Webroot I have noticed an issue where in Chrome, the first few times I try to load a webpage, not all of the elements will load properly. I have to reload the page several times before everything shows up correctly. I've tried turning off the web shield, clearing my internet cache and other information, but nothing seems to help.
How can I address this issue?

After installing Webroot Chrome webpages must be refreshed several times to fully load. How to fix?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear that you are having this issue...it does sometimes occur and given what you are saying you have tried so far I would recommend that you try an unnistall/clean re-install of WSA. It does not take long and may well resolve the issue for you. If you would like to try this then please follow these instructions:

It does not take long and may well resolve the issue for you. If you would like to try this then please follow these instructions:
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do not import any settings if so offerred; you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
