Hi -

Am new to the community; would appreciate some clarification.

Prior to upgrading from Windows 8.1 to 10, the System Scan scanned around 32K files. After the upgrade only about 8K files were scanned. Anyone else see this? Is there a problem?

Thanks,

Hi tbirk0812

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If I may just add my penny's worth...the number of files and size of files scanned each time will depend on your operating system version, what you have installed on your system in terms of apps and what the system is actually processing/what you are doing when the scan takes place.

As Daniel has indicated as along as the scan completes and the determination is clean/staus is 'Green' then all is OK.

Hope that is of some assistance?

Regards, Baldrick
