We recently deployed iMacs into our Windows environment. The 3 Apple users are complaining that the AirDrop feature isn’t working correctly. I know we had issues with WebRoot Secure key mode entry and Apples/Adobe special key macros. There is a drop down to temporarily disable the secure key mode while in Adobe products. Does Webroot interfere similary to AirDrop and if so is there a way to disable it in settings ?

My advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket and they could whitelist AirDrop for you.
