All sites and passwords I input have vanished. I can no longer login and cannot reset my password.
Yesterday when I logged in to my computer, the Webroot icon was gone. When a opened Webroot, all my account names were still listed but there are no logins or passwords for any of them. Today, I cannot login to Webroot since it will not recognize my password. When I reset my password, it still will not log me in or allow me into the password manager.

Just wondering if you renewed your keycode or not?
My best advive is to Submit a Support Ticket and they should be able to resolve this which is free of charge with a Webroot subscription.
