am i well protected?

i checked and i have windows defender, webroot secure anywhere, and avast free antivirus the only shield turned off is webroots web shield (>.> conflicts), i also use the Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit from microsoft and its show all green i do all my browsing through my proxy server running squid3 with clamav and use opera 29 (chromium based browser)
 
i think im well protected
but thought id double check
needless to say but ive configured webroot and avast to ignore each other

I think if anything you are overprotected with all that software 🙂

That's overkill and degrading your performance IMO but it's your choice. I'd run Webroot alone if I were you with a good adblocker + MVPS hosts file

Oh trust me performance is a non issue
And fx6350 3.9ghz
12gb ddr3 1333mhz ram
Pny 240gb ssd boot drive
R9-280x gpu
Running on Windows 7 things a beast of a machine

And on top of that I use opera 29 with the ad-block plus extension

You are very well protected and if something got by WSA it can rollback to the pre-infection state see this short video: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-Education/What-Happens-if-Webroot-quot-Misses-quot-a-Virus/ta-p/10202 and layered configuration would be better then having 3 AV's.
