The main reason that I bought Webroot was that when I am working on the internet, new windows open with ads, automatically. There are also popups when I am on ebay advertising other things. I don't know what is causing these things or how to get rid of them. Do I need to get a different program or can Webroot help. They seem like some type of Trojan or virus.
An issue was not fixed when I installed webroot. Pop ups on my Mac when searching online.
