attempt to remove Threat c:windowssystem32 undll.exe ends in a loop of scan
Webroot can't remove the Threat "rundll32.exe". attempt ends in a loop of scans and removal wthout success.

My advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket and have them check this out. As to why Webroot cannot remove the threat.
This is a free service with a Webroot susbcription.

If this is indeed the case then you need the assistance of the professionals and therefore I would recomend that you Open a Support Ticket ASAP, so that the SupportTeam can investigate the issue and look to resolve it for you. The service is free to all WSA users with an active subcription so don't delay.
