Auto-renewal on Nov 20, 2015
As of today, Nov 24, account still says expired. Besides waiting on hold for tech support, do I have other options?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Would you be able to advise as to whether you are renewing a Best Buy version of WSA or the standard Webroot version, as that may impact the renewal process and timings.

+36Hi sha2015, welcome to the forums....................Did you renew through Webroot or Best Buy, and did you receive a new keycode or just a straight renewal?
+36Try opening the Webroot interface and re-entering the keycode.
Click on the little cog to the right of MyAccount/enter the keycode and click Activate. Let us know what happens???
