Auto-renewal on Nov 20, 2015

As of today, Nov 24, account still says expired. Besides waiting on hold for tech support, do I have other options?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Would you be able to advise as to whether you are renewing a Best Buy version of WSA or the standard Webroot version, as that may impact the renewal process and timings.

Hi sha2015, welcome to the forums....................Did you renew through Webroot or Best Buy,  and did you receive a new keycode or just a straight renewal?

I originally downloaded the program through Webroot and was automatically renewed.

Same keycode as before.

Try opening the Webroot interface and re-entering the keycode.
 
Click on the little cog to the right of MyAccount/enter the keycode and click Activate. Let us know what happens???
