I recently tried to download a program that is really known and used called AutoHotkey with a huge history.

The program was marked as a W32.MALWARE.GEN

I am worried since I dont want to lose anything like passwords and such.

Hi Jhska

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I would suggest that, from what yo are saying, the issue is down to a False Positive, and in this case the best thing would be to notify the Support Team, by Opening a Support Ticket, so they can check this out and hopefully whitelist the application in the Webroot Cloud.

In the interim, if you have tried the download and WSA has quarantined the application then you can go over to the Quarantine folder, restore the application and then go to the 'Block/Allow Files' options and make sure that you register and mark the application as allowed, which should allow you to then use it until such time as the whitelisting can take place (should the Support Team determine it is a safe application).
