Backup and sync doesn't sync my files more than once. The files placed in the B & S program folder disappear after one sync operation.
Nowhere did the tutorials clearly outline the procedure that individual folders should not be placed in the Webroot Anywhere folder, only the root folder that holds the others.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
