where do i locate my billing info

Precisely what aspect off your billing information are you looking for? And was your purchase of WSA from Webroot directly, Best Buy or some other retailer?

i signed up for auto renewal.my bank issued a new debit card.i want to check  that i have the right one on file.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, at this time, it is not possible for the user to change credit card information within the database. If you need to use a different card than the one in the database, I suggest that you call Sales Team so that an agent can renew your subscription early with the new credit card information. You will not lose any of the remaining time on your current subscription by doing this.
 
For US based customers the Sales Team is on 1-866-612-4268.

I am sure that they will advise and then you can contact them to change the card and organise the renewal...there is a 30 day grace period after the expiry date in which to get things sorted...for specifically cases like this.
