C:Program

On 7/22 "something" had appeared on my computer. When I logged in, it say " A file with the name C:Program already exists, would you like to rename this file C:Program 1.? Continueing to have 2 files of the same name may cause some programs to quit working"
 
So I click ok, but then it wont do it because it says i need admin priveledges.
 
Since thats appeared, im noticing some issues with some programs.
 
I cant delete the thing, webroot does nothing. I rolled the computer back a week, the thing is still there,
 
Any help.
