Can I get my hard drive back after using the "Permanently Erase with Webroot" command.

I wanted to clean out my C: drive which i did with Webroot and that went well but I didn't know that it would also take C: drive. How can i rename my hard drive C: again. I can't even get into my computer without C: drive. Can't reload Window's XP because the CD/DVD playes don't work without C: drive. The only thing that works is the Floppy Disc Drive A:. Need HELP.
