Can I view or edit processes I told the firewall to allow to access the internet

Yours is a good question, and unfortunately, I believe that the answer is 'No'...at least I am not aware of a way nor can I find one when I review the current functionality...perhaps one of our gurus @ or @ might know different?
 
But it seems like a good idea to me...given that we have Scan and Threat Logs, so why not a Firewall Actions Log.
 
If you would like to make that suggestion for a new feature (assuming that I am correct about there not being one at the moment) the please wander over to the Ideas Exchange (link at the top of every page) and open up a request such a feature. The Development Team review the Ideas Exchange regularly, and other Community members have the opportunity to comment on and support (by giving kudos if they want to) the idea...and who knows...it may be accepted and make it's way into the product.

Yes you can on Win 7 and older versions of Windows here: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C4_Firewall/CH4c_ManagingActiveConnections.htm but in most cases the Application would have to be running to see it listed as it says Active Connections..

I humbly beg to differ in that what you describe only shows the current status rather that being able to view what has happened in the past which is what I interrupt johnj83's statement "to list and or edit what has been allowed or blocked".
 
I am sure that the informatyion is buried somewhere in WSA but not accessible to the user in the form of a log to review, etc.
 
I may be wrong as to what johnj83 is looking for (and please correct me if I am indeed wrong, johnj83) but if not then perhaps a Feature Request is not a bad idea?

Yes I would like to be able to see what I have previously allowed and maybe delete or change them.  This would be similar to what you can do in at least older if not the current version of Zone Alarm. Along the same line What does Webroot firewall consider a "untrustedprocess"?

Well WSA's Firewall is a smart Firewall and will allow all known or trusted processes to connect but if unknown or Malware it will block it from calling out to the source and for average users it's good enough for them some like myself use a third party Firewall mostly for more Outbound Control and I know some that use the free Private Firewall http://www.privacyware.com/personal_firewall_2.html or Windows Firewall Control http://www.binisoft.org/wfc.php or any Firewall you would like to use as WSA gets along with other Security Software as well but I will leave that up to you! here is some info about WSA's Firewall: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C4_Firewall/CH4a_ManagingFirewall.htm
