can not download a weather app

I renewed my webroot security on FEB 11. When I did it said that I had a threat in the weather channel. So I took it out and tried to re download it and same yjing came up. So I tried to download another weather app and it did the same thing. The weather apps were working before I renewed. Can you please tell me why. Thanks

Okay for the Weather Channel: That link had PUA's as well!

And AccuWeather doesn't have one at this time: http://www.accuweather.com/desktop.asp
 
Most of the other downloads are full of PUA's so that's why you have to watch where you Download from please see here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744
